1. No work life balance, they expected me to work overtime everyday for multiple hours with no compensation. They would bully if I took a stand for it. 2. Manager lacks people's skills, leadership qualities. 3. No appreciation for the hard work done on last minute projects or otherwise. 4. Favoritism. 5. Toxic culture flows from from the top management.

...le pay which they set for 50k and giving 10-25k only even for best performer. 3month notice period without pay and after leaving they give 3month salary after 45days. It's almost 5month without pay. Always doing unnassasary meetings which is not even need to waste time on funda? Other then this now due to less increment and no bonus or less bonus all are frustrated which I don't like.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
