Management issues and most importantly salary issues. He hires people but does not pay them on time. One month delay is accepted but a 4-6 months delay of salary is not accepted. He doesn't accept calls when he has to pay to be employed. He still wants his employees to work for him but he always gives excuses to pay salaries on time. Thus employer's mental and financial health gets worse while working in this organization.
