...ence to complete application work, they want application development in a month. Salary not on time, they release a salary after 15th - 20th day of per month. Salary increment not on time. They hire a person who said "NO" to employee if employee want some hike and other things. Corporate politics too much If an employee wants to resign due to lack of salary increment and late salary and they want that employee they will be given the increment before appraisal. because of no increment or late salary and wants that employee then they will give the hike ithe other than they not give.

1) Flexible works with com off. 2) Hybrid (3 days WFO)

Dislikes

1) Salary is not on time on each month there is always delay. 2)No skills development. 3) There is no such benifits for employees instead of written in offer Letter, they will never provide you.
