The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love working in automation field. Work environment is very helpful. I am travel on site which are nice experience & for carrier growth it is useful for learning new concept in automation field.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.

Nothing to like worst company ever

Don't join this company as they have a bond and no work life balance no skill development they don't even have projects and when you go for any site they will provide you 100 rs per day and my colleague got only 1 K increment after 1 year as his previous salary is 18 k only very worst experience in this company. The major issue is when you are on your notice period they don't pay your monthly salary they told you after serving 3 month notice period they will provide 3 month salary in 2 instalments after completing 3 month notice period.

Company policies are very poor.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Sallary is very less as compared to others. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. Company policies are very poor for new joiners. There is 9 month training period( first 3 months an unpaid and next 6 months 6900rupees stipend ) after that they'll take on company role and sallary is depends on performance.
