So many no growth no time management no salary on time, No value of hard workers, third class culture, If your laready join this company you can realize about that when you are decide to left that job.

They expect ERP operator to do the job of floor supervisor also. They force overall operation to complete by ERP person. Hence, ERP person gets opportunity to learn and get things done.

Dislikes

...ardworking employee by yelling and abusing labours to increase the productivity. Does not pay more then 13-14k to staffs and expect and force them to work as an 30k employee.

Not good for lediz in accounts department. Load of work. They said do work 10 hr. Thats the reason no one can work above 2 or 3 months because of culture. No planing n systematic. Area also not good for lediz at late evening or night

They are not supporting to other one only they want our company benefits not employee benefits that why no any growth is therein this company
