It has a flexible working environment and you will have a lot of exposure.

Dislikes

There is no guidance or mentoring from seniors. The managers appointed can be from a very different sector and then there will be no coordination between you and the managers because he/she cannot understand your work. It's very hard to sustain in an environment where your manager is incompetent.

Very good work Life Balance on most days, only few days required long working hours which were manageable quite well. Freedom to work from anywhere (Home/ Office) Supportive and vibrant Culture.

It's culture for sure...the values which DNV have are not only for the sake of having something, We Care, We Dare and We share is nurtured in its roots and has very much significance for it

As an Independent Business unit the management is run by an Incompetent Managers who doesn't have any technical knowledge and they mostly do the messenger jobs and the worse thing that they totally rely on the coordinators who are also incompetent ... it is the company where the tea boy or the office assistant becomes managers and they dominate the inspectors and also the it is the company where the technicians will become global managers where as the Inspectors there is no growth or exposure .. Moreover it is totally biased to the nationality and the Skin colour and the Language you speak ... Its totally an incompetent Company
