Lucky if there's any vacancy and you get interview, they will create a fake profile with cv, giving background experience of few months in the industry and also get you payslips etc. Then if u clear interview, mostly by luck and ur theory they taught, pray interviewer don't ask for practical search. You shall be gone. So now if u get selected, they will ask you to pay them some sort of amount of money or pay monthly that money like emi. In this 2-3 months that u pay them slowly, they shall help you in background with your job, or they would try to find and patch u up with any of their ex student in your company, and now they help you for sometime here and there... And puff... That how they work...
