Behaviour of director and his wife towards the employees is terrible and they blame the employees even of their his/her own mistake. No reward for extra work /commitment towards work.No job security and no career growth. If you want to work like an office boy then you may proceed ahead. No defined job description.

I, Lakshay Batra, worked for this organisation for almost 2 years and then started my own business, as per wish of Director Sir. He always challenged me to reach to my potential and gave me all work to do, even outside my job profile. He groomed me to the competitive world and gave me strength to fight the world.

Dislikes

Director sir took all mistakes by staff as his own and tried to cool the environment with hope to succeed in future.
