There is nothing to be liked here they treat you like a labour & a huge pressure is always there you have to travel long everyday also very less holidays & you week off in only one day which can also get cancelled anyday because there product is not selling fastly so this type of problem comes.

Some of the employees are here only because they know how to make thier boss happy.some employee like Mr "A and "U" only focus on doing this with 0 performance."but some really perform.but 0% job security.No means absolutely No he policy.Enter the Dn at your own risk.Salry credited every 20-25 of next month means always 45 days dealy. Lots of unethical practices going on in higher management.Security of job is 0.The people from Blue house,the sales partner do all type of wrong unethical sales and put direct sales under broker and get commissions.

Department Heads are Super Supportive, as per CRM profile, Great job with plenty of exposure, work atmosphere is very good, all collogues are very helpful, very good job with a lot of positivity.

If you are a girl & joining with the third party of dnhomes i. E blue house, then you promotion will never happen till you are sleeping with your senior. The senior staff from delhi they all are friends so they will not listen anything beyond their ego. You can't raise your voice against corruption or misbehave. Or else they will create situation either u will resign or u will do suicide. Late night parties for girls are mandatory or else they will not praise you. You have to wear Western dress only or else they will offended you as behenji.

There is no job security, you can just kicked out any time, may be you would open your eyes in the mrg then you will get a msg that do not come. It is such a pathetic company. There is so much partiality going on over there. Except one or two persons every one will give bad vibes. You can feel the bad vibes and negative energy everywhere. Some seniors will judge based on how you look and how rich you are. They just want to show off. No mental peace. I resigned when I had no job in hand. Glad I did that. No company policy is there, no hr policy, no leave policy, nothing. Poor work culture. Even they don't provide pf and esi. They don't have anything. Just showing off everything outside. Inside it is just hollow.

Partiality, you will get judged on what car or bike you drive, how you look, how rich you are. No work culture or hr policy. Poor thinking people. You will get criticized in every possible way. You even have to work on your off days, in one weekly off day also , you have to work from your home
