As it is a startup you get to learn new things on everyday basis and get opportunity to directly work with CEOs of the company which helps to gain more and really knowledge of the market situations, which makes you one step ahead from the people of particular field

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike are you get recognised for your work and get knowledge and experience at the same time.

Likes

I got to learn a lot about e-commerce in India and the US. From product listings to cataloging I was trained from scratch. The management has a lot of patience in training young professionals but they expect results and professionalism. Flat structure and lot of collaboration between teams.

Dislikes

Office location is bit far from the station so sometimes it is inconvenient during rains.

It is a startup company. so I love the challenges which I faced as a data analyst and resolving those challenges are really make me satisficed.

Dislikes

Company management is very poor. Need to improve for attracting potential employees. There is no slandered procedure for any word and the company not focusing to create those basic need to run company smoothly. these are some points i observed as an employee.

Platform to learn and grow. Support from founders - they allow you to make mistakes but learn from them constantly. Fantastic place for people who want to grow in career and are serious about it.

There's nothing much to like as they paint the picture, this company is blacklisted from many colleges because of thier unfair use of people

Work like balance is not zero.. Its in negative, only if u work 12 hrs a day which you have to.. They will praise u.... Its a small company with average employee tenure at company is not more than 6 months.. It says a lottttt!.. Even if they are offering internship don't go... Had a terrible experience working there
