... staff who can work from home like Accounts Department Employees, Banking Staff. Also giving 70% salary to employee with super skill & 50% to semi skilled staff & others 20%. Also 100% to unskilled workers.

It's dislike is there is no career growth & as company nature of business is trading and transportation employee with higher post get higher salary growh & vice versa. Also there is not assigned job to employees with departments they work. Overall saying there is no satisfaction with work.
