Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The institute is open to innovation.I love the fact that i am a part of a tem that which contributed for NAAC & NBA Accreditation.Apart from teaching i handle T&P departmental activities & we are able to bring many MNCs at our institute.Institute provides good placement opportunities to students.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high due to implementation of recent 1:20 ratio.Being a T&P coordinator i have to work for more than 8 hours a day.For appraisals,we have to undergo many technical & non-technical activities but management doesn't provides increment & incentives at the end of year.
