The supervisor who comes here thinks himself as Sameer Sir or Harpal Sir, he sees himself in their place and gets the relationship manager to work in his own way

I am glad to says that DMI HFC is best company because during pandemic situation of Covid19 DMI given salary on time to his employees with job security as no cost cutting

I am not satisfy with career growth & opportunities in my career

Need to improve on skilling employees

Earlier was good working experience during 2016 to 2021 and then working culture was change which is quite not good health for employee. Over all working culture and appraisal ratings not good yet.

Dislikes

Unnecessary work load create has to forse by sale to do others department which is not good sign to company for healthy portfolio. Unnecessary blamed to people who does work innocent and company purpose as per the policy.

Dmi housing finance is a growing company and this a good platform for learning and development our knowledge, company policies is also good.

Dislikes

Total experience is good but culture is not good Management not touch to lower level employees about the problems and they only take a action on behalf of reporting manager when evere the employee gave the best performance in no. So please think about on the same. Regards Sumit singh
