salary above industry standards. The working Culture is very good and there are a lot of opportunities to grow. Decisions happens very fast. Management is foreign and extremely supportive and leaves a lot of freedom to people.

next to the good salary also lots of other benefits are provided to employees. Company has changed a lot in the last 2 years and got more modern. Management has created lots of employee facilities. This is the best company I have worked so far.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
