State wise transfer and as per inflation in the India overall education and all allmost 8 to 9 % but salary increament as per criteria 6 to 7 % average . If state transfer doing as company business requirements then need to give minimum kids education fees which increased due to transfer .

I like culture of d mart the way they are developed their business and growth of company. Also one thing I mostly liked that the d mart always faced challenges and they do very well everytime.

Dislikes

I really disappear about the growth of employee in the company. I am not satisfied with their salary and increment structute, Career growth is very slow.

The salary was on time every month, which was really good. Also the bonus and etc was always on time..

Dislikes

Supervisor, Manager don't support their staff while customer misbehave with them. Literally customer even gives bad words, bad sentence to staff in front of manager and he dont even stop them. And This happened with me it was my bad experience while working their.

... experience in the retail industry. good knowledge of how a supermarket works. Salary on time. Daily work.

Dislikes

Sometimes overtime work 1-hour work extra during stocktake without payment. Random day holiday a week after 8 days, senior forget freshers holiday if reminded they say take holiday in next week. (Got holiday after 2 weeks and if u take holiday yourself they say the will cut your money) senior team leader working 7+ years but still can't do their job properly and always late briefing. Forced to work on shift they decide, no shift or timing change for online education or another part-time job Very low growth opportunity (sales associate working for 6+ years still not promoted)

Salary on time to time. Except salary part there is nothing.

Dislikes

Senior management behaviour is very poor.No family life.No holiday. Company has not provid room and food rent also Work satisfaction is very poor.
