...like work in dmart but worest managers in dmart.they are looking only his sefty.salary and every year bonus is good.still i am intrest in work with dmart

Only managers are my reason.why because his looking for girls.i am working khammam dmart in 2 years and i left 1 year ago still one person get the opertunuty for cash officer and another departments stiil grow officers aspecially girls boys are not there.this is most worrest think in dmart culture going on managers

...work environment and company benifits and policies and management are very good. And salary and bonus and leave enchantment time to time I'm receiving. There is more customers are coming every day I'll handle it properly and if any problem every one supporting (like higher authorities) thereto is.

Salary improvement. And slowly getting growth

Stable job with well structured organisation which provides a good work- life balance.

... travelling and for few profiles the job timing may vary to any hour of the day. Salary paid to traveling employees is not beneficial over non travelling employees.

Its a nice company but there are some problem also like promotion is very delayed and the salary is not enough and no increment. So overall its owsm place to work for those who studying now its a good place to learn and earn as a part time but if u looking for future then this conoany process is very long u have to be patent

No good salary, No Increment, No Promotion, Work Hour more than 8 hours.

I suggest don't work here If you working in back office then it's good either working in packer or cashier it's way too hectic

...er I had worked for 3 years can't you provide me any docs to show my experience.such a worst scene suggest to don't work also they pays in third party pay roll with us also worst.
