State wise transfer and as per inflation in the India overall education and all allmost 8 to 9 % but salary increament as per criteria 6 to 7 % average .
If state transfer doing as company business requirements then need to give minimum kids education fees which increased due to transfer .
There are middle management are total biased. Favoritism culture in Wh. Some favourite people having & enjoying there Morning & general shift.
Season & work load time me are exclent Emp., but on Appraisal they give poor rating. When the new Wh opened in PAN India Middle Management Force to you for reallocation on very poor compsation. Leave issue are most in Dmart, at the time of leaving more than 3months leave are pending
Mental Harrasment by Anirudhha Chaudhary (DGM), He shall be terminated by company/CEO as he use to
1. Hold expenses of Juniors
2. Harass mentally to team member
3. Harass contractor for bills and hold their bills every time in the name of Audit etc.
4. Doesn't give proper appraisal or feedback to management
5. Most of the time goes for wrong methods to finish works which is against ethics and work methodology.
I request CEO to terminate such seniors who are responsible for loss of good employees from MEP Project team.
