1-In Project team your Boss will Transfer any where without giving you notice. The they will not permit employee to Claim shifting Charges your household item. Either employee have to sell his household item or he have to bear shifting charges from his own pocket. 2- every one year employees location will change any where within the country. 3- No basic Facility available at site Like wash room, Drinking water, no Proper Office. 4- Appraisal system is monopoly of your boss. They will not give proper reason of low rating. some people not Getting promotion in 6 years. 5- your boss will call you anytime even after reaching at home, If you not able to picking his phone very next day he will shout on you. 6- Company Hr Policy is not applicable For Project team. Hr Team is not Co-operate with you. 7- No carrier Growth at all in this company.

Likes

On time salary. Good work life balance. For non core team there is not much scope and also not much increments.

Dislikes

Sudden changes in marketing strategy. Which goes unknown for employees and will be hard to adjust.

Stable job with well structured organisation which provides a good work- life balance.

Dislikes

... travelling and for few profiles the job timing may vary to any hour of the day. Salary paid to traveling employees is not beneficial over non travelling employees.

1) Unwanted Pressure during Fy ending 2) Very less vendors for work so have to pressurise the same 1 or 2 vendors and get the work done 3) Less coordination from HO

No work life balance. No platform to address employee concerns. No basic facilities availbale on site. No work enablers provided. No support from management. No working time defined.
