Salary on time. And 6 hrs working from office.

Dislikes

Poor job security. Appraisal are delayed around 7 months even still people waiting. No new features they are building right now only running complete product in maintenance mode. Merging team, moving people to support team from technology.

It gave me a good start in my career. Salary and benefits were good before but from 2022 they are in huge loss. They have done 2 rounds of layoffs 1st in December and 2nd in May 2023. They are only giving 5% appraisals to there current employees after 1.5 years. It's better to think twice before joining this loss making company.

There new management always make fake promises to retain there current employees.

Likes

You get to work on great extensive products used by big clients. Flexibility to switch between teams & tech.

Dislikes

Worst thing is the biasness in terms of salary for same kind of skill & work. Most of seniors get even less pay than juniors working under them. No work life balance, arrogant product heads. Work is the first priority here for that you have to work on weekends or off hours if needed. MICRO MANAGING.

1. Company's growth 2. Slowly evolving Learning and Development Department

...ork timings doesn't exist. You might be expected to work for 12+ hours a day. 4. Very low compensation as compared to similar roles in other companies. 5. Walmart and Asset Track are the only source of revenue. 6. There are much underrated senior who have proved themselves a number of times but still not getting what they deserve. 7. Company likes to hire people with low productivity and who are not willing to learn/grow. 8. Nobody in the company (except one or two from Core and Performance Team) knows how to build scalable system.

Likes

Company is focussed on completing their projects only. Although company has given WFH in this COVID-19 lockdown condition & they haven't deducted salaries for any reason, still they force employees to work 24X7.

Dislikes

...employee or an outsider, cannot grow or play their part in the company's growth. Without any compensation or comp-offs company management will try to force the employees in working on Weekends & elongated hours.
