...u talk with your colleague is also a crime for them. No paid leaves were issued. If you inform about your day off in the advance, even they'll cut your salary. If you took emergency leave you'll face double loss of pay. Please don't join here thinking to gain experience. All of us was thought about the same, but you won't get any experience here. Because you won't do the exact job here. All you have to do is to make calls. Very low pay in the industry. Strict timings, morning 9 you must inside the office but in the evening you must leave the office after 8 PM. Or else HR will monitoring the camera 24/7, she'll call you and scold like you without a basic respect. Notice period is 3 months, but there is no proper date of relieving. If they found your replacement, you'll be relieved immediately without any prior notice. Then you have to search other jobs jobless. So your salary will became low in your future company. Please say big NO to this company. Cheers.
