Dislike every parameter , seniors are uneducated also.

Very poor service to employee, no senior is responsible for salary ,incentive, and for local convenience, even training is also paid by employees, such an unorganized work
In my vertical it isn't a right place to work with. This is the fake institutional business channel, more over you had to source your own business and also don't rely on the support of the corporate agent(Broking Partner). Please think twice before joining in the IB Vertical.
Learning and development is a concern area at Dhfl . On innovation front company is far behind in comparison to its peers . 2nd major concern is u cant consider ur job at dhfl secure. Even middle management is worried when u talk of job security at dhfl

I had a great experiance before joining when i worked as a commision agent only and just working for 24 percent commision even though i didn't have any license . Iwas just a commission agent .
...nise an activity there they denided to finance it .but i did on my own account . And there was 2 month and 17 day that i haven't recived my salary . So i regined . As i was left with no money to stay in ambala.
Worst company I have ever worked. No professional management. No response from the HR management. The branch manager of vizag branch very worst. If anythings doesnot goes according to him he simply keeps unpaid to the whole month employees attendance which will lead to loss of pay. If we complaint to HR level then also they won't take any action. The BM even asks money from the customers for settling death claims. He does not know how to talk with the employees. He does not have any BM qualities and qualifications.
