Salary differences between old and new employee Internal team politics is doing Decent promotion with poor increment scale Management only shuting on people rude words using always I never believe this company value they make recently in past year not even single value be follow up only follow-up on certain target peoples Not value of employee working from long term service Frankly but it’s humble request if you want to tolerate or don’t having self respect then you join this company it’s my more than year experience Big boss behaviour is ok and good understandable and respect with their employees take care but recently my experience this also goes under junior management what say that big boss follow now in coming when new joinee his position we think something can happens good but in last moment all goes to zero In my team their is differenciate with the work dividing not having single manner how to assign task always support his personal assistant like good name is ”chamchugiri”

...gement is tranparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .Company Policies are good, good salary .

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology I love the fact I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base as a result I get to travel abroad especially to the us and Canada London but on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location.Mine is US based client and they have some offices in Toronto hence I got a B1visa quickly another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration .I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 8-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths which is why have to take back my suggestion most of the time.I do receive application emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.Also there is no on- job training for fresher hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which isa pain sometimes.

I was join this compamy sales admin executive fisst month introduction all work but not shown all information realted to work hidden information related work by sales admin head Mr. Nikhil he is director rizwana favourate employee.nikhil polict game play in DKT. wrong information spread to all employee and Director I am not work properly...and after 3 months Director harrasment to me all work and everyday told me my resignation letter before i was join already 4-5 emplyee leave this compy only 2 days or 1 month beacuse of policts and rudly talk director my humble request please do not join this company everday harresment by Director and policts Directy company
