The company is construction company.I worked in the hudraulic project with a team of 3 members.I also worked in autocad section.This company gives a platform to devolope our knowledge.My colleague and me worked together.This company did me as a good employee.

Dislikes

Firstly I don't dislike for working at this company.As I got married on june I had to stay at Hyderabad but this company has no other same branch at Hyderabad so I had to resign my job.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
