Likable was just the facilities as they have no problem of funds

Staff they hire is just very unprofessional it's being more then year I asked for my FNF never gonna happen kicked the employee without notice such an unprofessional company currently I am working as business head in a recognised company all thanks to DJT of they didn't behave like that I might never got the new opportunities...

Nothing!!! During training they teach you nothing about the products they are selling and then the managers will always pressurize the employees for cracking sale and if the employees can't do that they will humiliate them saying " If you can't sell term insurance, you can't do anything in your life". My reporting manager even made me logout from the dialler system of the company because I was unable to crack a sale. Also they will always call after working hours like 15 to 20 times a day and they will also make you work more than working hours. There were 3 HRs there and none of them will never ever respond to your texts or calls.

After my quit, my reporting manager Rahul Bhushan started texting me on Whatsapp saying let's have a physical relationship, come and meet me, I have left DJT and opened my own company come to my office and I will give you designation of Team Leader with 45K package etc. I blocked him from everywhere but then he started calling and texting me again from his other number, I texted him "Stop texting me or I will report against you in DJT" but that doesn't stopped him. I tried calling HRs but they never picked up my calls nor they ever called or texted me back. Working in DJT was the BIGGEST MISTAKE!!

Earn lots of incentives but didn't get a single panny. Company will show you only dreams and there is no security of job. Management can fire you anytime without any reason. Worst company i have worked ever.

THERE IS A LOT OF POLITICS AND THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT ADDRESS OUR ISSUE .SALARY IS DECENT BUT CAREER GROWTH IS VERY SLOW .HERE WE CAN NOT THINK ABOUT SOLUTIONS IF WE FIND ANY PROBLEM IN OFFICE REGARDING ANYTHING .JUST PASS THA TIME AND WAIT FOR THE SALARY .NO GROWTH NO WORK ENVIRONMENT
