In these company , owner Mr Jayanta Roychowdhury is a great liar , he spoke you about fake dreams. Also management is too much poor specialy service manager Mr Manas Bhowmik's behaviour horrible,he thinks that everything he knows also his communication with staffs is too much poor. In this company no HR is available so here no one is available to listen employees site. They also don't clear my full dues I called several times to Mr Shastri (Account Manager) and MD also but no solution came out. Not only me they do same thing with everyone who leave the organization. In these time they provide 2/- per km when you use your personal bike for attend site and give 80/- for full day fooding. Also entire work culture is too much poor , in this company who gives manager oil and butter , he takes more priority and who said truth in front of management who ran out site for every day where other guy present in office. At the last but not least , suggest everyone to not join this type of organization otherwise you also be stuck. Mr Jayanta Roychowdhury drives a liar firm in market where management lies to customer and customer shouting to the guy who attend the site and also management lies to staff.
