Horrible company, they treat employees like school kids. No job security for anyone also they force us to sign in a form to not share any negative reviews online. You need to submit the orginal documents before joining. It's an IT company but you need to work 6 days in a week.

Likes

They provide work from home since lockdown. But they expect us to provide more productivity. There is no weekend holidays only Sunday is holiday. There is no hike too

Dislikes

They don't maintain the resource constantly in same technology or team they keep swapping according to the needs. So the resource will not attain full knowledge about one technology. There will not be enough resources for a team too. Instead they put more pressure on the allocated people who don't even have proper knowledge about the project to complete on time. There is also no good work culture.

Management is not good. They don't know how to manage the employees. They will watch your personal behaviour with colleagues not in the work. No job security. The company is not even worth for one star. Don't waste your time to join into this boarding school.

I was impressed with the job profile and posistion. But later after joining. I understood that they have mistakenly hired me. No culture, no vision and mission. No process no target. .. Today they ask to do some task and if we proceed then next day they will ask to do something which is totally irrelevant. Testing people should to marketing. Marketing may have to development. No job security.

No job security. And no proper commitment. Fake commitments
