Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Director are understands the problems, work timing was good.

  • Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

They took all worst policies from it companies like 3 month notice period and good things in it companies they avoid like the gives overall 16 for a year instead of 35. And the ad-hoc period is 1 year where they credit 1 leave for month but when you took 1 leave then they cuts 2 leave indirectly. Work environment was good but they need research and correct the policy towards employees.
