Beautiful Town, Peaceful life, and calm beaches.

Dislikes

No structure, No stable leadership, CEO of the company treats school as a lab to experiment her teaching strategies and makes principals scape goat every six months for her failed planning. As a result teachers are direction less. They have a challenge to understand new expectations as the new principal comes in, job insecurity, and performance pressure. All the three schools under FNG are not making any progress.

No job security. Anytime anyone can be terminated and asked to leave, managment keeps changing in weeks and new rules with people no stability in job role changes instantly without any prior notice. It's a circus with insane leaders work without any particular reason and DIYAR stands for 'Do it yourself and repeat'.
