Probably our staff is so good and the worst part company management not so good senior person not properly talk with junior and the fresher employee .food quality is also poor .

Good work environment and culture company policies are good ,appraisal are fair and the give good increments hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. management Are very slow process .on the job training is not given to new joinees.

I have worked 2 years in Dixon Technology pvt. Ltd. Good for beginner's and learner ,colleagues was good and managers supportive,good learning opportunities for quality department and documentation ,i also like higher department management
