Just that i got salary raise than my past employer nothing more than that.

Pathetic HR rules which keep changing in anti employee way, if you are server engineer they will put you in desktop calls and outstation calls, if you are presales its equal to sales and you have to show sales results in 3 months else you will be asked to leave They will anytime ask you to leave if you refuse to do work other than your profile all in all its a mad house.

...k weekends and even on festival days, leaving no room for personal time or rest. Freshers, in particular, face exploitative practices, often working without salary or meaningful compensation. With limited opportunities for professional growth, no transparent communication, and disregards for ethical labor practices, Dixit Infotech creates a disorganized, hostile, and chaotic workplace that disregards employee welfare, making it a risky choice for anyone considering employment there.

...e team members. And the company conducts very good activities for the employees. Considering the employees, the company is quick to pay the salary to the employees on time.
