One of the best work place to experience the toxic environment.

Dislikes

...k weekends and even on festival days, leaving no room for personal time or rest. Freshers, in particular, face exploitative practices, often working without salary or meaningful compensation. The company's culture is characterized by a burnout-inducing workload, minimal to no holidays, and excessive work hours, all of which create a high-stress environment with low morale. Employees receive no appreciation for their efforts, and job security seems precarious at best, contributing to high turnover rates. With limited opportunities for professional growth, no transparent communication, and disregards for ethical labor practices, Dixit Infotech creates a disorganized, hostile, and chaotic workplace that disregards employee welfare, making it a risky choice for anyone considering employment there.
