...supportive and the management is transparent there is hag cafeteria and canteen. Company policies are very good, they give good salary hike & bonus every year company maintain good relationship with SS,DB & end customer, they give good insensitive for employees and DB

No job security,No work culture,No Joining letter ,No Experience Letter,No salary Slip . Payment in cash . No proof of your job .

Dislikes

The person taking over as head of the department is a duplicate ITI holder. And Engineer has to work under the hands of such an ignorant man. The management is fine but there are more flatterers, more stickers. This is dangerous for the company.

I like to work in divya SRJ foods llp because of the good career growth, good learning skills . Job security are depends on how much your are liable with company rules & regulations.

Dislikes

Dislike thing to work are working culture, strict working hours ,no any CL expect sunday in festival hardly give 1 -2 day leave with deduction of payment from salary. No good employees policy.
