Good school to start your teaching career in village area. Director is very strict about your mistakes . He wants you to work with perfection. You will be provided good facilities of fooding, accommodation and transportation. But these privilages can be stopped any time as I told the director is dictator he can insult you in front of the whole staff if you are found guilty. He believes in caste discrimination. He can torture the poor students for fees deposition. He can be partial sometimes. He has some foibles and I don't want to do his carping. He is an uneducated guy with a brilliant mind to judge people in first sight. He may also harrash you mentally as he thinks he is the king of his empire; his institute;Thakur Mool Singh Shikshan Sansthan.
