Selfish company never praise your struggle and your dedication towards company. However it was my first Job there i was loving them but they cheated on me. Company policies are only reliable for themselves not for the employees, managment has much lack of communication gap, only dream wavers. Take care yourself.

There was no rule and regulations. Everyone is interfering in any department.There was not any job security.

Dislikes

I have seen in Divoc that there is no management and no hierarchy no team work no reporting system and nothing like an organization no one has even got the employment agreement.
