...e plant safety is very strict. Management rules and regulations is very worrest. Salary increments of engineering people is worrest. Basic salary also not improved from last 6 year's.work is audits time before 1 month 12 or 14 hours duties.

Duty timings is very very worrest shift duty hours general duty also above 9 hours. No security for employees. Inside the company walking

Advanced Equipments, Excellent in Safety, EHS & PSV. Every year salary hike, Good knowledge & learning skills from work, Hostel facility, USFDA approval API company, etc...

Dislikes

More Rules & Regulations, more 12hrs duties. Less Leave, critical to take the leaves & Holidays, less benefits, worst Food in night shift 👎, Traveling problem from outside comers, bonus depends on our basic salary etc...

The only thing I like about divis is job security other than it everything is worst

...so problem for them we eat on their supervision by saying where we need to sit . The small companies who give 16k salary with free food and transport are much more better than divis where cuts everything in salary the main thing who cares about our health. They are saying like you are the one who care about you and I am obeying it but what about minimal safety precautions like proper gloves , proper food , transport.

...tation. No training and knowledge sharing. No recognition or value for effort. Always tries to drain your confidence and steal your pay.

The positives are that you got your salary on time. The Collueges are good. Maintaining safety are very strict, so the accidents are to rare here.

If your Team mate is on leave you have to cover his shift also. Casual and sick leaves are totally 12.
