... Pressure is very high. sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

It is good for freshers only because of salary they are paying and providing the accommodation. Accommodation facilities are good but food is worst. The only I want to tell you is work for one year in this company after getting the hike resign the company and choose the better one. No can help to improve yourself they just teach what the company need. They didn't encourage to learn other activities too.

...so problem for them we eat on their supervision by saying where we need to sit . The small companies who give 16k salary with free food and transport are much more better than divis where cuts everything in salary the main thing who cares about our health. They are saying like you are the one who care about you and I am obeying it but what about minimal safety precautions like proper gloves , proper food , transport.
