They are not proper about the employee rights,they don't provide salary slip on monthly basis,they give only when we ask and give written application to principal, they are saying no to gratuity ,where the employees have crossed more than 10 years in their firm, Maternity leave is not as per rule...etc

There is no security for job ...the principal is anytime ready to fire the hired teacher ...even if it's a contract signed ..so that's the worst thing any 1 will experience ...Principal should think something on it ..coz not a 1 ...every1 teacher working there faces the same I feel

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
