They deducted salary but , said will give the amount afterwards...n started paying monthly,
They are not proper about the employee rights,they don't provide salary slip on monthly basis,they give only when we ask and give written application to principal, they are saying no to gratuity ,where the employees have crossed more than 10 years in their firm,
Maternity leave is not as per rule...etc
Nothing is good at divine child school moreover the most important thing you never get mental peace and satisfaction working here and no job security provided as well..one only gets humiliated and disrespected for anything and everything
There is no security for job ...the principal is anytime ready to fire the hired teacher ...even if it's a contract signed ..so that's the worst thing any 1 will experience ...Principal should think something on it ..coz not a 1 ...every1 teacher working there faces the same I feel
