Proper training is provided.

They didn't even pay my last salary and my 40 hours of O.T. No proper schedule for work as they don't recruit enough man power deliberately. Food is average and limited. No work-life balance at all. If I'm working night shift, from out of nowhere, my supervisor may ask me to come at 2nd shift the next day. So, I have to compromise my sleep and health.

No future for BE students they never hire BE students like Onroll because they have to pay more this is the reason I left job

employee retention policies is super. this is better organisation for training and develop for trainee employee

...we need to change short training period for GTE and DTE employee. one year only. and also change one year compensation amount and second year compensation amount

Bad work environment And culture teammates are supportive but management too week and no salary hike and company policies bad.

Management doesn't address our issues. Low salary and career growth is slow.
