Salary growth & compensation is slow & low along with high working pressure. Massive travel using a bus, Taxi, CNG - no car facilities from the company, No salary account in Bangladesh thats why we can't apply for cradit card.

No positive work culture. People dont enjoy their job but do it basically because they are getting salary. Also work should be evenly distributed but basically performers are overloaded with others work too without getting adequately compensated

Diversey:- a company by Solenis. Diversey is a great company to work for, as every where we need some improvements because nothing is perfect in life but still we are very good in many aspects and we are the leader of our segment. Postive attitude and honesty are key to growth here.

Perks Travelling Allowance not upto market standards. Unnecessary approvals for train to flight or Hotel accomodations.
