...had the worst experience. I joined TCS as a contract employee from Diverse Lynx. I had to leave due to Diverse Lynx because I was not paid my salary unless I pressured Diverse Lynx every month and would only get paid after half the month is over. Also they lied that my notice period is one month but I had a notice period of 3 months. Lied about my leave policy too...If you take leave they will cut that day's salary. The worst ever!!!! They never pick up calls. The worst ever!

... the employee and there needs. Salaries are on Time Work life balance is there. In Terms of Benefits and Bonus the company is very much preferable to all the other employees who are looking to work in the goal oriented organization

As i am working here for almost 3 years now, there is nothing to dislike as such , But might be they can be little effective in the terms of more Curriculum activities and there is less appreciations to the resources .

...eam . Saturday Sunday is off that’s one of the plus points of working here . We get salary on time without fail . Incentives are good and on time.

Managers and seniors are very supportive and the work culture is good. Salary & Perks facilities are good There are lots of things to learn or for skill development Birthday or work Anniversary celebration activities are there

it has positive work culture, good atmosphere, .managers are very supportive especially my manager is very sweet n very supportive, very professional employees, on-time salary, increment is also good. best place to work.
