As long as deployed company is having contract with them they will keep your employment is alive, Bench is not there is Disys.No talks about appraisal.

Worst micro-management policy they use multiple tools to monitor employees movement, system time track etc.. Even to go to the restroom you have to pass access doors and cameras that will track you in real-time in a tool. You feel like you are in a jail No HR will say about the micro management

If the need resource they give good compensation but client not continues the project management will force you to send resignation letter from your side as well if they feels your speaking corporate rules the you will be fired as soon as possible

Only salary, and just because they give you base salary, they reduce incentive percentage to 2%, where as in other companies it is upto 8%

Everything, exit management, leaders everything is worst in thai company
