As long as deployed company is having contract with them they will keep your employment is alive, Bench is not there is Disys.No talks about appraisal.

Worst micro-management policy they use multiple tools to monitor employees movement, system time track etc.. Even to go to the restroom you have to pass access doors and cameras that will track you in real-time in a tool. You feel like you are in a jail No HR will say about the micro management

job security, strictly either the UK or US timings. poor managers, flexibility, no proper cafeteria, a small company with less technology related.
