District Gravity - was a experience close to a year.... That is the property I started my sales career. Was a very new face to sales. Equally a challenging product in the market being the first themed adventure Park with a complete equipment. More over being the sales men we always use to step into the operations while deal with high number bookings especially my inistial boss Mr. Akshat.... A gem sort of person encouraging, positive headed and motivating at everytime.. before my number use to drop. Salary wise the pay was reasonable coz the negotiations were been taken a head by me. poli I could make good memories and a great knowledge working with this company. Would never forget this company coz I have very first experienced bungee jumping in life all because of this company.

Dislikes

Since you have mentioned about the dislike should really mention about the happening and the reality of the work culture.... As wording says too many chefs spoil the broth the same way in District Gravity - Too unauthorized people make and forcely implement their desicions and get the work delayed or else politically get the back end work into the wrong shoes.... I feel the product is a very delicate one which only the professionals should handle it the non knowledgeable head always make a unnecessary withhold and make the situations to happen and more overly I have noticed a lot of times I have never seen a customer interaction... The Operations sometimes abscond the scene if any damage happens. My work was horrible in a later stage when few people had made bossim over the complete terms. While coming to my pay.... Except from my basic salary I never had my refunds back into my account while different outbound marketing promotional activities and major being my PF was been created and almost 11months my PF amount was been deducted after all a lot of requests to the company stating them over calls, messages and mails too and even while my settlement I had requested for my PF number . I never had any replies over the same... Completly it was not so bad nor good. It was just an ongoing process with just gaining experience.
