The most beautiful part of being at DCPU is to work for children and with the children. I am glad to see changes in the field difficulties are there but it is priceless when you restore missing children.

In District child protection unit ,Sirsa is good environment and staff are very cooperative and find satisfication for working orphan and family at risk and abandoned and neglected children.

Dislikes

District child protection unit Run by Women and child development department of harayana their are no any job security and increment and bonus and any employee policy these things demotivated the staff

Currently, I am working in District Child Protection Unit and I leaning many things like human behaviour, how to handle different kind category of people like kind, victim, angry, cheater etc. And also love to work because this unit directly affects the future of our country.

Dislikes

In this unit, there are lacking functions which directly effect on employees financial growth. There is no limitation of time when any case comes from the field and also providing facilities like transportation with many limitations. Which stopping employee for their best performance.
