It is total fraud. The director Udit Gupta is a white collar, most fraudulent person I have ever seen in my entire carrier.

Dislikes

Everything. No salary. Udit dupes people into employment with false projections and promises. Then he stops paying salaries. He sends people out of the country for work without proper documentation which is criminal. He never pays as promised and people in foreign land have to spend horrible time. Please do not think at all about this company. If you want become a trained criminal, please join.

This company had an attitude to accomplish more projects within target period. Employees/coordinators are cordial and friendly.

Dislikes

Long working hours at site. Inappropriate TA/DA as the sites locations are at difficult places. Non payment of huge pending TA/DA. Lack of coordination among management personnel.

If some one wanna see a hell than join DTPL. It never pays in time and sometimes never. Company can kick u anytime without intimation and have enough reasons to do that. So please exclude this company and try somewhere else
