Low annual hikes if joined in low salary you are out. they have large pockets try to squeeze during the joining only else they will squeeze you and wait till you put down your papers and then they will offer a hike.

I love the fact That I am a part of a team that market Reliable with higher quality products and services and has a great client base. As a result, I get travel aboard, especially to the US, CANADA & India. But on site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location.
