In time salary, job security, and a very good carrer growth

Compensation is decent, but is slow in growth. Some times hard timings need to work like mid night. Managers do not valuee and indiual's umique strenths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
