The management of the company is full of sycophants, the people below are not heard, the head office people like sycophancy and HR is of no use here.

No proper culture those old in the organization are looked down upon by the new Top management. Manipulated working sales figures , service fake calls and SLAs are promoted inspite of knowing no actions taken on Mid and Senior Level Managers

There is blaming game, whatever the management and organisation is giving a direction the sales team is doing work and efferds if things are working then management team is taking a credit if there is no result then concern person but not senior or management. As per guide line working person is working then how concern is responsible? If manager is founding a gap , how does he help out for better development?if every thing is proper is good then why there is no proper result.... Some Senior are diverting the subject instead of leadership and responsibilities.rules changes person to person , culture of like and dislike.
