Training was good and the senior employees were good but now no one senior is there.

If you can work like slave you can work here. No one sees your dedication to your work. No one sees your efforts to your work. Management listen to only one person and if you are good for that person you can easily work there but if you have an argument with that person you have to forcefully sign your resignation letter. If you are not working on that way which is decided by that person then also you will be fire.
