I have to work 9 to 10 hours a day, Good salary, Strict management, Trainings, work pressure is very high, no appreciation, senior manager Strict, Strict Safety, No entertainment, work life balance, travel. job satisfaction

Worse management, toxic & Micro management, irrelevant tasks &targets, the tasks assign and alarm from directly through MD, if you have mouth closing full time and head tilting habit u will always have place here.

Good for freshers who are eager to learn. Good senior level people who teach u how the system really work in construction field.

Strict timings, 8.30am to 10.00pm, no work life balance, can't do anything besides work
